The Final Conference of Italy - Serbia Bilateral Cooperation Project on Local Development and Negotiated Programming (INePS Project) has been held organized by the Office for European Affairs. During a three-year period, a number of activities were carried out, which aimed at institutional building, transfer of European standards, and especially investment attraction and strengthening of economic relations. 
The Conference on Integrated Governance of Clusters between Italy and our country has been at the Assembly of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, organized by the Office for European Affairs.
Novi Sad, 29 September – The Closing Conference on partnership between Serbian clusters and Italian industrial associations has been held, organized by the Office for European Affairs. The President of the Executive Council of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Bojan Pajtić, PhD, held the opening speech. The program resulted from the bilateral cooperation between the Department of Development and Cohesion Policy of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development. The GIFIP (Integrated Governance of Clusters) Project contributed to the increase in competitiveness of Serbian companies forming sector clusters. 
During the stay of representatives of the Italian Region of Molise at the Executive Council, Molise was announced to open an economic representative office in Novi Sad in the forthcoming months, based on regional cooperation and contacts with Italian partners the Executive Council of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina has established through the Office for European Affairs. 
In coordination with the Embassy of Republic of Serbia in Ljubljana, Predrag Novikov, Director of the Office for European Affairs visited the Slovenian Centre for European Perspective (Center za evropsko prihodnost, CEP), operating within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Slovenia. He discussed with Elvin Klobas, Director of CEP, about possible future cooperation on European partnership development.
Igor Bajić, Advisor for EU Integration Processes at the Office for European Affairs, is attending a five-day seminar on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Vienna. The following issues are being addressed: financing of public works, corruption and governance in PPP projects. The participants are representatives of SEE countries and former Soviet republics. Special attention is paid to PPP examples in communal services, energy, building construction and telecommunication. 
Novi Sad, 17 September – Pursuant to the Agreement on Cooperation worth 5 million Euros, which was signed at the beginning of last year between the Austrian partner and the Executive Council of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, the implementation of institutional building projects, specifically administration capacity building, has started. 
The Office for European Affair has organized and given the first English lesson for the eldest citizens of Novi Sad residing at the Gerontology Centre “Novi Sad” today. Concern for the young, elderly, women victims of abuse and socially vulnerable people is one of the most important standards on which the Europeisation of the country is based. 
Senior citizens from the Gerontology Centre “Novi Sad” have been provided a computer course, organized by the Office for European Affairs, since two week ago. They have learnt the basics of Word and how to make tables today.
